Russell Jenkins

Russell operates as Content Creator at Film Australis and is the Senior Editor and Channel 44 Adelaide. His lifelong passion for the art of cinema, from Hollywood blockbusters to small and intimate world films, has led him to produce his own shorts and participate in the production of film, television, and online content with various organisations such as the ABC, The City of Prospect, SAASTA, and Adelaide Film Festival. Russell was part of the jury at the inaugural Ghan International Film Festival in 2016 as well as in 2017. He is excited to see the festival return for its third year.
